Room has enough space and was clean. There are rooms with windows that can be opened - it was perfect to have some fresh air - but some others (kids were there) were not openable. Air conditioning went perfectly. However the flights come frequently, it look close to the hotel but the noise was not disturbing with closed windows. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. The only missing thing is a little shelf in the shower cabin, as at present the bath gel is put on the floor. All the receptionists are very friendly and helpful and speak English fluently.  Breakfast is good, especially the coffee (espresso) is perfect. There are salamis, hams, fried bacon and fried vegetables and many types of fruits and sweets. They are good, delicious. The hotel is in nice vicinity. Thanks again the welcome "pack". I am really grateful for it.  The red line of the Metro is only 3 min from the hotel so it is easy to reach the centre (15min) and even the airport.

The staff has been very kind, we arrived in the morning but we could do the check-in only from 2 pm onwards. So we parked the car in the parking lot below the hotel, we explored the city up until 11 pm, and then when we got back we did the check-in. The hotel is not in the city center, but there's the São Sebastião metro station right behind the hotel where you can get the blue metro line (Azul) to get to the center, or take the bus from an even closer bus stop. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The bathroom is very big. The parking lot below the hotel has a very thin entrance, but it's extremely cheap and very convenient. There's a big bar behind the reception where you could spend a nice and relaxing evening after having toured around the city all day.

From the moment we entered, every staff member treated us warmly and professionally. It was great to have the underground parking - a little tight, but we managed, and they offered to have their staff park the car. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! Always scrambled eggs as well as sautéed mushrooms and vegetables, plus roasted tomatoes with a nice topping. Any kind of hot beverage you could want in machines, many kinds of fresh breads and pastries, assortments of cold meats and cheeses, lots of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and I'm sure I'm omitting something. And the wait staff were excellent. The location is close to a Metro stop. We had absolutely no complaints, and we'd highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel with many services (room service, mini-bar, shuttles, etc.). The common areas (restaurant, bar, reception) are perfect. The breakfast was really good with a large choice. I liked the air conditioning in the room and the smell of the shower gel and shampoo samples. A big Lisbon guidebook was available in the room. The shower was nice. The hotel is pretty far from the city center but the area is more calm which is good for travellers coming to Lisbon for business purposes. There were many public transports around (Sao Sebastiao metro station, many buses and possibility to easily get a taxi).

Room was very clean and recently refurbished. Beds are very comfy and bathroom is large (with a big walk in shower). Staff is very professional and helpful. Elevators are fast, so no need to wait in line. Breakfast very good and lasts for 3 hours at least, which is handy. Location is nice and quite, metro station is literally 2 minutes away. Very nice Shopping Mall 5 minutes away. Hotel bar was open till midnight with a good choice of drinks at reasonable price.
